Common Questions

Where is my shipment?

You can easily check the status of your most recent order on the dashboard of your account. This is always going to be the most updated information.

 

My order still says Processing; what gives?

We are well known for the best logistics in the vape industry and are always improving.

An order that is "Processing" means that it is being picked, packed and shipped. It will update automatically as soon as the warehouse sends us the tracking number.

Remember that orders placed before 12PM EST are shipped the same day. If you placed your order after that, it will ship the very next day.

 

My order says the status is Complete but it has not yet arrived:

Once your order is packed and shipped, it is marked Complete and the tracking number should be available in the dashboard of your account.

Click the "Track Shipment" link to view the progress of your shipment as it moves from our warehouse to your location.

 

I have a question about my order:

No problem! If you are a Beast Wholesale Customer the fastest way to get an answer is to call or email your Dedicated Sales Rep! You can find their phone number on the dashboard of your account. If you are contacting us outside of office hours (9AM - 6PM EST) feel free to use this form and your rep will be notified first thing!
