SHIPPING UPDATE
Due to regulations resulting from the implementation of the PACT Act; USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL will no longer ship packages containing vapor products. This will NOT impact packages already in transit. VaporBeast has been anticipating this announcement and has already engaged a network of independent carriers which allows us to continue shipping orders to many of our customers in the continental United States.
We have 100% coverage for all customers within the lower 48 States with either an alternative carrier network or via LTL freight with no minimum order requirement. If you do not see an option at checkout that works for you, please contact your VaporBeast sales representative or give us a call so we can assist with accommodations.
We currently do not have a solution in place for HI, AK or PR, however we are working on it and will reach out as soon as we have a solution in place.

If your package has not arrived, please give us a call. As much as we don't like to think it can happen, sometimes shipping an item goes bad. Big packages, small packages, boxes, envelopes, post cards. Nobody likes it, but let's face it, it does happen. Most of the time, the answers to questions about shipping can be found within the tracking information from the courier. They will tell you when it was picked up, transit information, when the package goes through sorting facilities, and even if there was an attempted delivery.
